get raw transaction by ID

Parameters

txid: (hex string) 256-bit transaction ID
verbose: (bool , default=false) When the verbose flag isn’t set, simply return the serialized transaction as a hex-encoded string.

Returns

verbose = true

rawTx: (hex string)

verbose = false
